Brian O’Neill – Legal Assistant

brian Brian O'Neill recently completed his Bachelors of Arts degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 2008 with a major in History and a minor in Law and Society. He began interning at the Law Office of Daniel J. O'Neill in March of 2008 and was asked to stay on full time in June of 2008 upon his graduation. Brian works closely with Mr. O'Neill to create trial exhibits, in addition to preparing discovery, maintaining contact with clients, and assisting Mr. O'Neill at trial. Brian currently plans to begin Law School in the fall of 2010. He enjoys baseball, traveling, and the outdoors of San Luis Obispo County and is the nephew of Daniel J. O'Neill.
