Michelle Weiss – Legal Assistant

Michelle was born and raised in Hanford, California, where she attended a local vocational college to obtain her Medical Assistant Certification. After earning her Certification, Michelle attended the College of the Sequoia's for Business and Health Management Studies, concurrently with her start in the medical field. After meeting her future husband, Brian Weiss, CEO and Co-founder of ITECH Solutions an IT firm in San Luis Obispo, she relocated to the Central Coast. Currently working as a Legal Assistant for Mr. O'Neill, Michelle interacts closely with clients, physicians, and other firms to manage and maintain current medical records, medical billing, and other tasks necessary in the medical-legal field. Michelle's background in the medical field has proven to be an asset for a personal injury driven firm, such as Mr. O'Neill's, as she brings a new perspective and continues to develop an in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of the medical process from the legal end. She enjoys spending time in the outdoors of the Central Coast and back in Hanford with her family, husband, and two dogs.
